couple questions

ok so b4 i start putting my hydro system together i have a few questions 1: what ph should i have the water at?
2: does it matter if i use an air stone,air bar,or nothing?
3: when should i add nutes?
4: what temp should the water stay?

ive never done a all out hydro grow, so i cant accurately answer the last two questions, but youll want to shoot for a ph range of 5.5-5.8

as for the bar/stone, get whatever fits best in the container that you will be using. you just want something that will make bubbles.

ok but doesnt the pump do that on its own? i mean just put the hose thats attached in the water?

The more surface area of the bubbles exposed to the water, the greater the transfer of oxygen and other gasses. Just the hose alone in the water will not compare at all to the airstone. They're cheap in the pet department at walmart.

In hydro you will want to use nutes from day 1. Basically start at 25% of full veg strength and work up from there.

I havent studied water temp. But if you are in a house with normal temps you should be fine. 65-80F. Ideal would be low 70s if my recollection is correct.
