So I have an aeroponics system and am considering switching over to all organic nutes, I was planning on Fox Farm. My question is, will organics clog up my aero system?, I use ez clone spray heads.

Organics do have a tendency to clog the sprays/jets on aero kits. I'd stick with GE Flora GROW BLOOM MICRO. These are way more water soluble.

they make foxfam hydro and soil based application for their three part and the soluable are good for both...and they arent 100%organic i was told they are organic based but still very good stuff not too sure about aeroponics so...

I use Botanicare products in my aero, and haven't had a problem.
