What are some good stand-up CDs? I'm a pretty big fan of Mitch Hedberg -- he's a great comedian to listen to stoned because almost everything he says is a one-liner, so you really don't have to pay attention; you can zone in and out and still know what's happening.
I also think David Cross is one of the funniest guys out there.
I'm not a big fan of mencia... he bugs the hell out of me for some reason. All his jokes seem really repetative.
But anyway, Mitch Hedberg is the best, and I'm proud to say we share a birthday!
As for other comedians, I second Dave Attel and Dane Cook. I'd also add Dave Chappelle, Lewis Black, and...I'm too stoned to think of any more, but maybe I'll add some later because I know I have more...

I think he is Spanish, but he's not Mexican. He pretty much steals all of his jokes from other comedians. That's mostly why he is one of the most hated comedians. I don't even like the jokes he steals.
To me, blunt you must pass, Hmm?
