THC is the chemical in Marijuana that Gets you "high"

So i was wondering.. Does all of this THC present in your body begin to leech or deplete nutrient reserves, Chemicals produced by your body and if so, is the depletion of your body because of the THC, or is it because of the body's efforts of trying to remove THC?

please let me know more on what you know about THC and it's relationship with the body. I find it very interesting.

well when you smoke the THC is absorbed into your body and stored in your fat cells as far as i know it doesnt deplete anything. it acts on your cannabinoid receptors in your brain(which we have because somwhere somehow our brains produce a chemical like Delta 9 THC) that should get you started i dont feel like typing more

thc is fat soluble, so it stays in fat cells and ESPECIALLY the brain because the brain's almost 100% fat. This is why when you smoke for years hardcore you can feel high even a few months after stopping, and (according to my old drug councelor who was an ex addict himself) can take years before it leaves your brain completely.

but THC is so non toxic, your probably worse off eating msg or tylenol. Just cuz its there doesn't mean it hurts you. The only time I feel as though something toxic is in my body is when i drink too much.

yeah i was smoking an ounce of kush at the least in 2 days which went on for about the last 4 years of my life till the past 5 months anyway, and the first month and a half i had flashback THC hhaha

Isn't the brain an organ? If so isn't it the same as your heart pecker lungs and everything else and made of muscle and not fat?

Yes and no. Brain is an organ, but organ =/= made of muscle. Your skin, for example, is an organ. But it isn't made of muscle. Neither are your kidneys, for that matter. Or your liver.

In fact, neither your dick nor your lungs are muscles. When your dick gets hard, that's because blood fills spongy tissue in it, not due to muscle contractions (though there are muscles involved in ejaculation, they aren't actually part of the penis).

Similarly, the lungs are made of non-muscular tissue--they inflate because of air being forced into/out of the spongy tissues in them by the contractions of the diaphragm muscle, which isn't actually part of the lungs themselves.

So basically, your lungs and dick are pretty much the same. But your heart is different.

and doesn't smoking just turn that into an oxymoron? Or do you find deep lung hacks sexy?

I don't have deep lung hacks. I skateboard alot and I also do yoga.
