Anybody ever make THC drops? A buddy of mine made some and they turned out pretty well.

He basically took some food glycerin he bought at a restaurant supply store, took a bunch of weed, through it all in a glass jar for 3 months. He said he shook the jar like a couple minutes a day.

Then at the end he just strained the glycerin through a metal strainer, and the remained was "THC Drops"

we packed a bowl of dank with keif, then dropped a couple of these drops in the bowl. it fucked us up a lot. it also seemed like it made the bowl burn alot better.

Anybody else have experience with THC drops?

never heard of this. i have made honey & hash oil but never used glycerin.any more info would be sweet.....

It’s called tincture and you can use high percentage alcohol as well. In fact, alcohol is a better solvent and breaks down a larger amount of the THC. I use Everclear or Clear Springs but a buddy of mine likes the look of the glycerin based finished product more so he uses it.

Doesn't glycerin have the consistency of snot? I thought it did. Drinkin' snot.

what I've read is that you put 2 or 3 drops in yer mouth....not like drinking it..

Differant strokes for differant folks,isolating the trichombs before might be a good idea,theres nothing pleasant about vegetable matter.

It's just a simple tincture really. I have read that when ingesting it is best to hold under the tongue for the quickest absorption.
Good stuff, especially if you can get the dosage down before it's all gone.

yes putting the drops under your tounge is the fastest and best way to absorb the goodies

Do you yield the amount of glycerin you use or less and do you just throw the bud away after?

well you sold me on buying a tincture this week

Well I can say this officially..I made the drops and tried it on a few different electronic cigarettes and finally found one that worked! Placed about 4 to 5 drops in a carrtidge I emptied out in a e-cigarette from ProSmoke and let me tell you....it worked great! Definitely had a sweet smell to it but almost flavorless and odorless and WORKED AWESOME.

I tried a few other cigs but I dont think any of them had robust enough atmoizers to handle the VG. The e cig that finally worked was from www.ProSmokeStore.com

VERY EXCITED this worked! Now I can smoke it anywhere as well as have my normal electronic cigarette if I want that. AWESOME!!!!!
