i smoked it n felt like 2 hours good high

That doesn't look to be a male plant. I can see some crystals there too. It could be very good, who knows, it sure wasn't manicured with any kind of effort. That doesn't mean it's not the shit though.

That is NOT from a male plant, males only produce pollen sacs, that is all.
Males do not produce seeds or bud, looks to me that it was a female turned into a hermie or an outright hermie and even hermies can produce nice smoke, just dont smoke the seeds too if there is any.

i pay 120 indian rupees($3) for 2 tola=~20grms

sometimes 120INR for 12 grams=1/2 tola
