It's not really for a growing or harvesting technique, but i've just picked up a 3.5 gram and it's a bit damp. I reckon that if I turn on my Xbox 360 and leave the bud in a tin lid behind the xbox, it gets pretty toasty in there and it'll dry out.
Hi btw. (Y)

be careful, but you can dry it in the microwave. 10-15 seconds at a time.
Peace, God Bless

Do *NOT* microwave pot. THC heats up past vaporization temperature in less than 3 seconds in a microwave.
Leaving it on top of a monitor or hot game console will do the trick, but you gotta watch it as very likely only the outside will dry, and the inside will remain wet. Rotate the buds and keep a close eye on them.

not true. I do this all the time. came as a suggestion in 1 of Jorge books. "5 easy gardens" My weed knocks you senseless...can't smoke a whole one...even after nuking. not as good as cured, but definitely safe...geeez
p.s. I wouldn't imagine that an 1/8 will last long enough, but placing in a brown paper bag in front of a fan will help dry the inside.
when we cure we dry for a week or so in air, w small fan, then we put in bag for a week in same fanned closet. after a couple weeks, twigs SNaP! ready for jars in the cool dark storage area.
Hope this helps.

I've got a chemistry background, I know this stuff.

Ive smoked bud straight out of the microwave and got plenty high. What I did though was wrap it tightly in a paper towel, then microwave for 10 seconds. Flip it over and do another 10. The paper towel even seemed to be damp when I took it out.
I dont recommend it, but it does work. Im sure it burns up some of the THC but if you dont over do it, it comes out good enough!
Peace and good luck!

you bought a wet 1/4. how much do you think it would have weighed dry? probly less. your dealer is stiffing you! dont put it in the microwave. it wont be as good as if you wait a day or two. you already payed more than usual, dont sacrafice the quality too. see if your dealer has any dry stuff you can borrow........

Just open the bag. I roll one and then put it in the microwave for 3 seconds but if it ignites your oven reeks for days. Now I just run a lighter over it a few times seems to work. I've never found it any different always the same high.

Yeah, and the weed is now less potent.
3 things most growers should know when drying weed.
Cool
Dark
Dry
Nobody should have to accept buying wet weed. Weigh it when it's dry and see what you really paid. Some scum will put dry weed over a steamer to put moisture in it.
Weed should be sticky, not wet. You know if you bought it wet, then it will probably be harsh. You don't really think they actually cured it, if they sold it wet.
Enough money is made on weed. People that sell crap like this care little about quality.

a lot of very good points in this one. I once bought a 1/4 that was freshly harvested. when i bought it it was over a half an ounce, dried out it weighed about 7 grams. so if u just bought 7-8 grams of wet weed, most likely when its dry its going to be about 3-4 grams. hope u enjoy payin 25-40 bucks for a 20 bag........at least let us know if you got stoned or not.....as thats just a waste of money

I have always figured wet bud is 5/6 drying loss or 6 oz of wet cut bud, produces 1 oz of regular dry/cured bud. In the large grows its 7 days at 70% rh at 70 df. and 7 days of curing in baggies all in total dark NO light.
That keeps muther nature happy, Mother nature does not like to be rushed
