Harvest by trichrome color Question???

I'm new to harvesting by using a scope to see the trichrome color. I've read the post on here already regarding that topic, and I'm just looking for a little clarification.

I'm working with a lighted 40x pocket scope.

I think I'm begining to see cloudy trichromes, but it can be hard to tell. No amber color at all yet. And it can be difficult to really see how couldy they are or just out of focus.

I'm wondering how cloudy they really get, or how amber they get when the THC starts to degrade. The post on here says 80% cloudy and 20% amber is a good time to harvest. Is that what most people would say? Is the change in color easily seen? I'm still a week and a half away from when I would normally harvest based on a 8 week flower period. How quicly will they change from cloudy to amber? Days, hours?
