Ok, well i haven't fed it fert yet becuz im still not sure what i got is the right stuff(first set of pics).

if it will work, then please let me know how much to add, since i cant dilute it becuz its solid chunks.

i read that yellow spots is a lack of N so that could be it.

first ,plain white walls reflect more light than that foil,loose it.That fert is not the best because it is time released.use some black tape around the bottom of the cups til you can transplant.You need to spend some time in the FAQ section & read up on the craft.

one is transplanted and growing good the other is still in the cup with tape around bottom and seems like its deformed..........

i cant paint walls becuz i rent, and i am working on gettin better fert

They look pretty good and healthy to me. Just be careful with that miracle grow. The first number(N*P*K) is nitrogen. 24-8-16 Its a little much but will do ok for now.

Not being funny but you should listen,miracle g is good for tomatoes crap
for mj.
How old is your plant now?
If in pottting soil no feeding is required for the first few weeks,why not transplant?
You can grow a plant a foot without adding food.
Your ph is also flucuating too much.
Which lights will you use for bloom?
As you know the food you have is time release,not good.
Have you considered growing in coco?

ok so these plants are about 2 weeks old now and i just watered once with 1 teaspoon per gallon of plant food and only used like a quarter of the gallon for both plants...

i would like to experiment with other products but at the moment i am only doing this as an experiment and not putting too much money into it, once i know i can actually grow at least one plant i will prolly end up buying a hydro system or making my own

i will be using 4200k temp flouros x2 and the 2 42watt CFLs i have for flowering if i get to that point...

Soil toxcidity an ph is your problem from the looks of things,as I said before your plants should not need feeding for the first few weeks.
Once you begin regulating your ph,keeping it within range,they will pick up.
Its too early to be even thinking about diagnosin as they are babies,they wernt born with problems,just let em grow.
Is there a premix food in your medium?
Id advise proper grow lights for blooom,anything else is a waste imm.
All your plant needs if in good soil is ph'd water,atm.

ok so im just gonna use clean clear pure water for another week....

i do not have a premix, its just store bought Miracle Grow Potting Soil

and what lights would u recommend? i have 2 4200k flouros i can put in my fixture when i start to flower, but anything that u can think of thats better let me know....

It all depends really.

Eco lights or cfl's are much cheaper than hid's,cost less to run,less heat,and are self ballasting,making them a better option for those on a buget.

I have never seen a grow completed with the bulbs you are planing on usuing.
Do they have the correct spectrum for bloom?

Hopefully someone who has expierance with these lights will chime in with their expierance with them.


Your medium also,do it not contain time realeased ferts?

but yes, i do have flouros closer to the red spectrum (4200k) but idk what the spectrum of the CFLs are...
