didnt know how much smaller you wanted it, only dropped it about 25 pixels but if u need more i'd be happy to do it

np man, if u wanna do that stuff yourself then you need adobe fireworks, thats the only program i know that can edit gif images and keep the animation, most others programs don't work with animation...
