For those who have a medical MJ card - especially in Michigan - how do you go about finding out if you have a condition which allows it, and then how do you bring it up to your doctor? I suffer from chronic back pain due to scoliosis and insomnia due to anxiety, as well as psoratic arthritis due to psoriasis. Is there a list somewhere that tells me what conditions qualify?

The list I read was very vague, It wasnt valid because I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and marijuana is presribed to help many that suffer from it, and it wasnt mentioned on the list. So with your chronic back pain and psoratic arthritis, you should be more than fit for being prescribed pending on your laws in your area and what your doctor thinks. If I were you Id just set up an appoitment and just be honest with them, say i rather be presribed this legally than sneak around and buy it illegally.

Thanks for the suggestions ^_^ I don't have a doctor, so I don't have to worry about offending him if he doesn't agree with me lol. I'll find one and see how it works

I live in california and have my script xx any list is a tentitive list .. find a dr in your area and start there..The syptoms u both have would most likely get u approved here so happy hunting

I don't think anybody really answered your question...try to go to www.norml.org and www.safeaccessnow.org

You can find a doctor in your area and look at the conditions for prescriptions at those site.
