Stoner Buck$$: 279.79 | Tricombs or Mildew? Newbe needs HELP!
The person who gave me my clones after getting to the flower stage "wk 3" asks me if I had any issues with powder mold.
Now I'm parinoid..... Now that I'm a legal grower I've finally made it to the flowering stage and now I see a powery grayish silver stuff growing on my buds.
I uploaded a High quality pic so someone can zoom in on it. Please tell me that it is just the tricombs and I'm just being parinoid about my babies.

Looks like trich's to me, see if you can get a close up of where the bud is forming.
Peace

I don't see anything that looks like mold on there. Just looks like Trichomes to me. Very nice.

I had one that scared me a little. First pic from a distance, it looks almost like powdery mildew. 2nd pic is close-up of leaves.

everything in red, i would inspect closer(if you can, take a lot of picture of the circled areas, get them as in focus in as many angles as possible) as it may be powdery mildew.
everything yellow really makes me think it may be mildew
have you ever sprayed the plants or given them a showerΒΏ
the blue circles tingle my spider mitey nerve, i would inspect closer for live ones and eggs VERY thoroughly.
you may be good, it might not be much to worry about, but hey, better safe than sorry, and when it coems to this plant, a little tlc goes a long way.

Never gave them a shower, I don't think I sprayed this one (I only spray after I've pollinated some lower branches - 4-5 days later before returning them to the flower room, I couldn't find any pics of seeded bud with this plant).
No spider mites or white flies. I had one weird looking stoner fly - have a pic here somewhere, but he's long gone. I do have a few regular spiders, but they keep their webs off the plants (usually in a corner of the room, ocassionally near the bottom of the pots near the saucers) and they never get real big before disappearing.
I checked the leaves with a 3x-5x magnifier and took a closer look with a 60x - 100x microscope at harvest and everything looked fine. I had a little mutant that looked somewhat similar that was next to him (pic below), but none of the other plants that were in there showed any signs of anything. I probably went over 80 days (on 60-65 day strains) for those 2 plants ( both clones).
