It's actually 8-9 weeks once the plant "shifts gears" biologically and dedicates its resources to reproduction rather than growth. So if your plant is showing sex while in Veg, then yes-ish, it's 8-9 weeks from 12/12. If you're flowering early and the plants haven't shown sex yet, it would be 8-9 weeks from when they did the previously mentioned "shifting". It has seemed to me that many plants take different amounts of time switching from veg to flower, so there's an adjustment period. . . I think it's darn near impossible to call a date exactly.
