It's never happened to me before. I've never heard of it happening to anyone else either.I't's when you get put on probation that they drug test you.
Let me put it a different way.......They can't impose any type of punishment for an offense until you are found guilty of that offense in a court of law. Piss tests only come when you have been sentenced to probation or you are put into a rehab facility....none of which can be done by the state until you are found guilty.
