Anyone ever try this?

i think it would just make you more tired, if anything right? i took it for a little while and i'm not sure if it helped do anything. some nights i'd fall asleep convinced it worked then the other night i wasnt able to sleep.

like mixing an otc sleep aid with weed, if melatonin even works at all

Yea, as I've looked around the interweb for people talking about their experience, some would just say it made them tired and some would say that it intensified the high in a way that makes your body feel heavier. I'll have to try it - I'll let you guys know how it goes if I can remember.

ill, yea let me know. although i'm sure i've done it unintentionally before because i used to smoke 24/7 and at some point tried melatonin i never used it for anything but sleep

ya. when i cant sleep i take around 25mg of melatonin and somtimes im high when im trying to sleep. works fine for me.

I take a melatonin, tryptophan, valerian combo. It actually works very well for me and my gf as a sleep aid. Noticeably better nights sleep consistently.
