and it hurts!! and the worst part of all is i cant smoke for 3 days. Ugh what am i spost to do

u have my sympathys steve.. iv had 3 of my wisdom teeth pulled(not all at once thank goodness). but never the less i still toked, altho was told not to, but as long as u make sure ur mouth is clean, like say. gargle with antibacterial mouthwash or salted water helps clean an keep the area clean of bits of food etc that can get stuck in the holes.. anyways if i was u id be tokin regardless..

What! I am going to school for Dental Assisting (soon to be employed at a dentist office), and smoking is not that great when you get your wisdom teeth pulled. They tell you not to, because you can get "Dry Socket" which is when the wound from your tooth being pulled does not heal correctly and will end up hurting MUCH worse then you feel now.

I've found that vaping is the best if you'd want to get high and have just undergone surgery. There is a much less risk of getting "Dry Socket". What causes it the most is the pulling and sucking of smoke into the wound (same reason they say no straws), but while vaping there is not as much of a pull used as when you hit a blunt, joint, bowl, or bong.

A friend of mine had her wisdom teeth out 2 days before 420 a couple years back. She made a lot of edibles

. Brownies, pudding, milk, and she shared! We were all pretty jacked up

However, i just had my wisdom teeth out a couple months ago, with no such cool stories(except that it was done 2 days before xmas). I feel your pain. Pop some vic's and sleep it off, pain'll be over before you prescription runs out

What's been said. Edibles, take slow hits (so there is little suction), use a vape. Hell, you could try smoking through your nose. I was told this was the way to go to avoid dry socket, and so I was inhaling through my nostrils the day after i got my wisdom teeth out (I was too fucked up off the anesthetics the first day to give a shit about smoking).

Be warned, though, the smoke can be rather harsh on your nose. Shit, if I hadn't been snortin lines at the time I probably wouldn't've been able to handle it as well as I did.

I had all 4 cut out because they where impacted.What I did was smoke through my nose.It burns a lil bit but worth to be high with mouth pain.I know about extraction's tho,no stranger at all.

If you haven't made the mistake already .. I'd pass on any kind of inhaling but if your determined then I'd suggest slow tokes and keep in mind as was eluded to by someone that nose hits are tough to handle ..I'd imagine moreso with your pain / swollen face. Any kind of pressure like when you are trying to hold a hit and its too much so it comes out anyway .. that kind of body reaction (which can also come from a reaction to a nose hit) will probably be all you need to make your coming days much more painful than necessary.

I would save you my mistakes .. and I don't tell people what to do very often / I know its my first posts.

sleep thru the as many consecutive hours/days as possible and come back in like 72 hours.

Wisdom teeth suck.

Oh you could try making one of those green dragons (i think thats' what its called) or some of those pot pills.

Remember if you eat it that it must be heated to a temperature of ... I'm thinking 180 F .. off top my head. For about 10 or 20 minutes.

You want to get it hot enough it slightly browns it but not so hot it burns off the THC ... which I think boils / burns off at 220 or 225.

You can google it if you can't find it here but it must be heated to get the full potential and if you've tried eating it before and didn't get high it's likely because it wasn't heated long enough.

Ahh this post is just what I was looking for. I got all my wisdom teeth out this morning and Vicodin does nothing for me. All day all I've wanted is a bowl and a sandwich! haha.

I recommend just flat out not smoking. Dry socket is from the suction dislodging the blood clot thats formed in the wound, if memory serves me correctly. If you want to get high, eat some pot pudding and wait for your mouth to heal.

When i had a wisdom tooth pulled i got dry socket from tokin' the cheeb.

Although you still can hit through your nose... It works. haha
