Is the lighter a Naptha or butane? Regardless a nice leather clad lighter and a small pipe like that are a great gift. Just fill up the lighter before you give it, then it's ready out of the box. Ah, just noticed the knob on the bottom, so it bees butane. Groovy, for real.
