yea i made it a whole 10 minuts then bumbed one from my mom lol so i started making a wooden pipe i dont know when i saterd it was shortly after my second smoke but its been a few hours and its almost done just the finishing touches to make it look good is let but im tiered so im probably going to go to bed

Dude, think about how cold you're gonna be smoking outdoors in the MN winter. Once you get over the first 2-4 weeks you're gonna feel like you wasted a lot of time and money on those cancer sticks.

It CAN be done, I quit 10 years to the day I started and I had a few bad weeks then magically the desire disappeared, no nicotine in my system means no more desire to smoke.


Then again I know theres absolutely nothing to do in Zimmerman lol

Get thru the first week or so and you'll feel better. People will try to get you hooked again. Avoid them.

I think you have to really want to quit. No offense, but 10 minutes is a sad attempt. You got to make up your mind and tell your mom under no circumstances should she give you a cigarette. Tell yourself that you quit, not you are trying to quit. Also this website helps smokers quit. It tracks your days and tells you how much money you are saving. It worked for my wife, maybe it will help you too.

thank you everyone one and i talked to my mom and she really wants to quit to so we are gonna quit together so we can do it. and Psycrow i resent that we smoke alot of weed in z town

My dad lost part of his lungs AND his voicebox to smoking, so think about it. It's FUCKED up shit.

Im not going to wish you luck cause its not needed... just quit, dont try, do it.

edit: if you really dont have the willpower to do it urself though check out chantix, supposed to have a real high success rate. and i dont mean to come off rude but I think its stupid when people say they're trying to quit, at least you dont actually have to do something like people trying to lose wait you just stop doing it, just dont pay for anymore cigarettes and dont ask for em and your golden...

i quit every night when i go to bed ........ now if i just didnt get up again
