well i just got back from court, pled guilty to 2 of the charges and in return got the other 2 dropped.... alltogether i gotta pay a £350 fine, instalments of £5 per week, oh well, atleast its over.

i very much doubt it will be... i messed something else up bad, and i can't say sorry enough to the person involved, but i fear it's too late now
