Did anyone see the opening ceremony for the Beijing Olympics? I thought parts of it were fucking trippy to watch, like you dont know if its real or just computer generated

It was trippy in parts, i about crapped when that dude ran around the whole rim of the stadium and kept unclipn' himself. I thought he fell twice, from hundreds of feet.

The lighting of the torch was freaking incredible. It gave me chills. They get better and better every time. I would like to know how much money goes into JUST the opening ceremonies. I get very patriotic when I see that Canadian flag being flown by our athletes I can't wait for the 2010 Vancouver winter olympics

It was awesome seeing Yao Ming

i really loved the type write thing with all those blocks with Chinese characters going up and down. i thought it was all computer controlled until the guys in the boxes popped out, i was like "HOLY SHIT" and nearly dropped my joint. it was so organized it was unbelievable

The Chinese spent 300 million on the opening ceremonies alone.

The drummers and the giant scroll on the floor tripped me out. Mainly the drummers though, that shit was intense.

It was impressive, and fun to watch.

I enjoyed watching all the countrys that came out dressed like waiters.
