I'm sorry, but I despise ignorant squares like this. If you don't like pot that's cool, but don't go pressing your false innuendos on me. I have a degree in radiologic technology and took valedictorian honors. I got every day and studied for 2 - 3 hours a day. It's all about applying yourself.

has a positive impact on me when it comes to neurological functions. For some reason it allows me to retain information in greater detail by creating more visual aids. Sounds kinda crazy but it works for me. Others, like my cousin for example, can't remember shit after smoking a blunt and studying. It varies, and for the record if I die at 60 instead of 75... So What? I will die knowing that I lived a happy life.

The last thing I want to become is a crutch to my family due to the fact I am still living but can't manage to take care of myself. I could go on but I think I will go load a bowl instead.

I agree with the person that is saying she has genuine concerns for her friends and family, and more than likely someone in her past has shown this exact blueprint in their lives because of smoking marijuana. You'd be surprised how many people take the wrong road because of herb, it does happen. It takes a certain kind of person to be able to smoke the herb in an almost meditative and spiritual way, rather than a "Let's get fucked up and barf" kind of way. The latter usually spend their lives scoring herb rather than doing things that are healthy, such as getting a job, etc.
Not that you can't enjoy a spliff just to get high, hell I do, but there are other priorities and some people truly need to understand that.
Her rant was more of an attack at the enlightened stoner community, rather than an educated write up of her feelings, however, and it made her seem ignorant and uneducated.
