Obama sucks. He will not push legalization. He is a politician who said he would in the past but will crawfish on that issue. The issue should be framed in terms of individual rights and the idea that prohibition will not work and has never worked throughout history (check alcohol prohibition: a situation that enabled the Kennedy family to rake in the dough). Prohibition drives up prices and creates a lack of transparency.
