I smoked a joint mixed with tobacco a few hours ago, I'm suffering from the largest headache known to man. I don't normally do this, and I'm not a tobacco smoker. Does anyone else get horrible, horrible headaches after mixing the two?

I agree totally. But the joint we were given already had the tobacco mixed in and was too finely ground. We did try and pick out what we could, but it was futile.

I've never really got a headache from smoking, but I've had the two mixed and it i did was cough up a storm, it really is a shit mixture, tobacco is nasty.

tobacco sucks man, of course you got a blinding headache...it is a wonder you did not puke.
first time i quit thet nesty habit was grade 12...went 2 years, then i moved to a town in northern alberta called Grande Cache...lots of oil and hash...not a lot of weed...
it was proving problematic.
To make it worse i was working as a coal miner...and they all chewed tobacco. Soak it in wine or rum....
I caved one shift as we were smoking oil of the hot end of a drill bit...and took a chew. The rush i got from the tobacco...led to another chew.
it took 10 years to quit thet shit again. The brite side if any...i indulged in the oil and hash better as i could mix it!
It's true, it does improve how the joint burns, but in my opinion, the taste of bud is far superior to that of tobacco. Never mixing that crap again.

I find is kinda funny how people say that weed is addicting, when it's not, also tobacco is defiantly not one of my first choices to mix with my weed if anything.
I cant speak for the whole of the UK but over here thats just the normal way to do it, wack a piece of cigarette into the bud, it helps it burn, especially if its the sticky icky, doesnt do anything to the taste either because the taste of the weed just overpowers the tabacco, also helps stop giblets (bits of oil covered bud that tend to fly into your lungs).

I've had some pleasant experiences with mixing tobacco and herb. Far great ratio of the herb in the joint but with the baccy none the less. Jester cigarette tobacco was pretty good. Just did it a couple of times to see what those crazy Europeans were up to.

I tried it when I was in Europe both with tobacco and herb and tobacco and hash, and I didn't care for it.. But like some of you others I am not a tobacco user at all, so just made my lungs hurt.. So what we did was mix our hash in our joints with the herb, no tobacco, that was the best way, lol!!! I have an old freezer bag with just dusty shake from some old herb. If smoked alone would taste horrible, but mixed in a joint it works like the tobacco, makes it burn "just right"!!!
