Aight, so I made my introductory post.. And it's time to get down to brass tacks.. The real reason I'm here...

If you read my intro post you'll know that I"ve been a habitual daily smoker since I was 11.. Thats 14years and I've never before encountered the problem I'm about to layout..

About a week ago, maybe a couple more days than that, I bought a quarter from my friends buddy.. I've dealt with the guy before and have nothing bad to say about him..
It's just a bag of mids.. Nice lime color, a little on the dry side..
So I smoked one day, and started getting a pretty bad headache, not like a ditchweed headache though.. So being the pothead I am, I smoked more to "ease the pain".. It only got worse..
The next day I smoked when I woke up, and still had the headache.. I was in pain all day..
So the following day, I waited all day without smoking.. Didn't have the headache at all.. Decided to smoke about 9ish and the headache came back..
The next day I was fine when I woke up.. Smoked about 2ish and got it again.. that night my wife made me go to the ER cause the headache was pretty severe, after 5 hrs waiting, the doc did nothin but prescribe me some vicodin..
I didn't smoke the next day..
Then next I only smoked a little, got a slight headache but it was tolorable..
Yesterday I smoked about half an L and got the headache again, also had a slight fever 100.8..
I don't know whats goin on.. I hate to even think that this might be the end of me smoking..
I've thought that it might be the tree that I'm holding, but I've smoked with friends and they didn't seem to have any issues..
I haven't smoked any other tree lately cause I've felt so shitty I haven't left the house..
So does anyone have any Ideas? Has this happened to any of you before?
I really don't know whats going on..
I've considered the fact that this bag is possibly tainted with something or even might have a fungus, but I have know way of knowing..
I'm scared to go smoke something else for fear of the headaches coming back anywayz..

Sorry this post is so long but I really need some help..

BTW, the headaches are worst when I'm bending over forward (pickin up something) or when I first lay down.. It's a throbbing sensation in the core of my brain towards the back of my head, and the throbbing gets worse when I stand or elevate from a lower postion..

It's possible they sprayed it with something while it was growing, or used too much nutrients without flushing it ...

Headaches, like the ones you spoke of, are probably not from nutes in the weed. It could be something sprayed on it though, anything from formaldihyde to bug spray. It also could be mold, Does the weed smell funny? The best advice would be just like the old joke. "doc , it hurts when i do this" [bends knee], Doc says "don't do that anymore" lol
Any smoke that gives you a head ache as a symptom is doing alot more things to your body than just hurting your head. I'd say throw it away, tell the guy you got it from what's up, and get something else to smoke, even if ya have to use another supplier.

Reading this again, I just remembered something. About two bags ago, I had some herb that did the same thing. Only when smoked though. When I ran it through the SSV, I didn't get the head pain. Though the headache from this herb was never immediate, it usually would come on in about an hour, lasting until the next day.

dude, id say flush that bag away, i would deffinatly say it was sprayed with something. Maybe some some type of insecticide, deffinatly dont smoke any more of that weed, and prolly wouldnt buy from that guy again

Osprey that sounds about how mine headache is... The onset usually takes 45min - to 1 hr..
As far as eating it.. I'll indulge a brownie every once and a while.. But I'm what I like to consider "a tru smoker"...
As I said before its just mids, I doubt the crop was watched over intently, and it was most likely grown outside.. That does leave the possibility of pesticides, but I have no way to be sure..
Also as I said, it's super dry.. I know that that doesnt eliminate the possibility of spores, so I can't be sure about that either..
It doesn't smell funny in anyway.. It smells like dry mid grade lol..

When I first got the bag, I was smoking outta my Ace Hardware Special (I love glass just as well as the next, but its cheap, unbreakable, and I don't get heartbroke if I have to throw it if 5-0 comes around) I've had it for years and never had an issue.. When I realized smoking was causing the headaches, I tried rolling an L and a J, both to no avail..

Tonight I'm goin by a friend thats holding dank, I'ma burn some of that and see if it goes any better..

For sure man. You'll know right away. For your sake I hope that the high grade doesn't give you a headache as well. That would suck hindmost teat.

Well it's official, there's something physically wrong with me..
I smoked some super good dank last night and was super excited that I didn't have a headache.. Then I followed a buddy over to his house about 30 minutes away.. On the way, My neck started hurtin (like when you sleep wrong)(it's also a symptom I completely forgot and left out in my initial post).. So I got to my buddy's house and we smoked another L.. I couldn't even finish it.. That is so not me.. But I ended up quitin half way through the L and the headache was back.. ...

There's a few different reasons I can't go to the doctor about the issue.. Mainly I'm worried about my wife bein associated with it, therefore I can't risk a doctors visit..

This is such a depressing day for me.. I feel like one of my closest friends just died..

As sad as it is to say, tree has been one of my greatest companions for damn near as long as I can remember.. It sux to say that I'm so dependent on it.. But I hate even thinking about it that way..
It surely is a major part of, my life and who I am though..
I get mad, I smoke.. I'm happy, I smoke.. I'm bored, I smoke.. I celebrate, I smoke.. I wanna calm down, I smoke.. I get ready to go party, I smoke..

Uhg.. This sux.. I'm hoping that if I wait a couple days or weeks, my body will go back to normal and everything will be how it was.. I really can't figure out whats going on tho..

Dont worry, about going to a doctor, they have to be confidential, just go in and say you smoked some weed one time, and you got a headache and now you have constant reoccurring headaches.

Most real doctors who care about medicine know the truth about cannabis, trust me they do, and there is nothing they can do about it.

PS. Just for proff, my doctor ive had since i was born smokes bud

That's a real drag man. Is there anything you've changed? Diet, vitamins, prescriptions? It could be something incidental that you may have overlooked. Who knows.

This may well be a stupid question, but, are you drinking enough? I don't mean beer either. Check the colour of your piss and if it's got a yellow tint, you need to drink more. Lack of liquid will give you a badass headache, especially when your smokin'. Just a thought.

At least thats what I think it is anyway. There was a week here in the UK, where gritweed was going around everywhere, its just weak weed like Dutch, or Durban sprayed with anything from sand to shredded light bulbs to make it look like it has more THC crystals, but obviously you can guess if there is red-hot glass in your spliff and your inhaling it its not going to do much good.

Dont link that man again until you know what he has got is the poe, or just link one of your other dealers, or find some new ones with cheng.

when you get high next time (if there is a next time) drink hella lot of water, that's what I do and it goes away. I just get hella dehydrated when I'm stoned.

toss that weed
drink citrus based juice and water
ibuprofen will help with the side effects
if you experience any soreness in your sides (liver, kidneys, bowels etc) or lower back pain see a physician RIGHT AWAY!
do these head aches come with nausa?
