help with sizing avatar plz

i hope this stays here im having to copy n paste it.
if this stays as a mini vid plz can any1 resize it so i can have it as my avatar.
any thanks in advanced for any help given




sorry all its not worked, its a mini vid and every time i post it, it comes out as a pic and if i paste it, it just comes out erhf5444////44rffd///34frddvcedfe/r kind of sh1t

i guess u could find someone to make it into an avatar, id help if i could but im useless with them.
i find mine online or ask someone else to do them
