So me and the hubby get in a clipped/head on collision on the way home after work. Neither of us were injured enough to see a doctor, just minor cases of whiplash plus we have a year for a claim if anything did pop up. So jackass who hit us had no insurance, wasnt 18 yet, told the cops he had no seat belt on i mean how dumb can you get? We both swear he was drunk, couldnt stand on his own 2 feet and my hubbs even told him he looked fucked up. We were blessed that night, wont say on here how but me and the hubbs knows and we were just lucky in so many ways to be here on this earth and at home....but they called the case 50/50 fault which i dont see how since we were standing still when we got hit and dude told the cops he didnt even see us, thats city fucking cops for ya.....but they totaled out the car which i hate cause it was just paid off plus was our back and forth to work car, gas was awesome on that cavalier! so now i have another car note which im used to 2 notes anyway but still it sux! i love my new car but still, 1 less bill......but heres pics and thank god the holidays are almost over, this yr has been a crazy roller coaster year for me!
sorry to hear that glad to hear you's two r good i would get lawyer and go after kid for damages in civil court if need be but that just me my buddys dad just got killd last week by car so i think the cops need to pay more attenion to the streets but that just my thinking happy new years and god bless
Cavs suck tho, the one I have gets dented pretty dang easily....a buddy of mine was pissed off once and punched my fender and put a nice dent in it (To be fair I kicked in a quarter panel of his afterwards lol) I just hate my Cav and I wish I never bought it.....for some reason the MPG isnt as good as the Cavs are supposed to be.
Oh well I'm glad you two are doing alright and sorry about the car, cars can always be replaced, people cant

I was in a bad wreak when i was 18. I was in a small mazda B2000 driving on the freeway in a thunder storm, my truck started to fish tail, spinning from lane to lane untill i found myself in the far left lane facing the head lights of a 18 wheeler. I thought this was the end for me. I closed my eyes asked God for forgive me....... next thing i know i am being hit but not in the front, my truck had spun around one more time and the 18 wheeeler hit me 3 time's, hitting me then catching up to my truck again hitting me a total of three seperate time's. I was the only one who wasnt hurt. I was praying for God's help while my passengers were cursing I am thankfull to be here. AND YES WREAK'S SUX P.S. glad yall are ok.... cars can be replace yall cant
