at a bar, through a work mate... we jammed on guitar, got stoned, and heavily drunk all before 5 pm on a friday afternoon, after we finished work at 10 am 
the bar reminds me of Amsterdam, most of us roll up joints on the tables and bar infront of the bar staff (all of whom either smoke themselves, or don't really give a shit)... even had the the bar's very own bong in the toilets one night, there was more people in there than in the bar that night lol

One time, YEARS ago, whne I had first moved into town. I worked at a restaurant waiting tables, one of the other waiters was a smoker as well, he tells me his boy is coming to the restaurant to bring him a bag.
I am wrapping silver when dude walks in. The other waiter isnt in sight so I intercept the guy, intro myself and tell him Im supposed to get the bag for the other waiter.
I give him the cash, take the bag, get is number and saw him out the door.
The other waiter was all pissed off that his boy never came....
INTERCEPTION!!!!!!!
I am still friends with the guy who brought the bag, but he doesnt deal now, hasn't for years.

I found mine using facebook  . Technically I met him at a party, but I was too smashed to set anything up or remember his name. So I get on facebook a while later and I search stoner keywords like '420' in my college campus until I found him and then I sent him a message.
Back in IL I bought from people I knew in high school who mostly just new dealers. I know they would pinch from some people, but they never did from me because we were friends and I always smoked them up when they picked up for me.
On a related note, holy shit! 75$ an eighth!!! I pay 40.... sometimes 35...
