Ive been thinking about trying nutmeg sometime soon, but i really dont know enuff about it to jump straight into it.

If theres anyone on here who has done it, some do's and dont's for a first timer would be really helpful. Like, how much to take, whats the best way of consuming it etc.

Living in Connecticut the first 43 years of my life, [it is the nutmeg state}, i'd recommend not eating, snorting, smoking or shootin up nutmeg. Any of my less than smart friends who tryed it had some or all of these results

1 sick, vomitting,

2, terrible head aches

3. stopped breathing,

4. seizure

5.brain damage

6. death

pick 1 thru 6 in any order, in any amount, notice getting high wasn't one of them
