Good luck with the rehab on the knee, dirtyb! Hope it comes back as strong as ever. Take care at work. That's a tough spot to be in but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. |

What kind of surgery?
I tore my Mencius and ACL back in 2001. I know all about the pain meds and the PAIN itself.
Careful with it and take rehab seriously. Slacking off can result in lifelong complications. I rehabbed like a wrestler on steroids....docs told me to do this...I did DOUBLE what they told me. I was good to go faster than they expected and thats why I always try to get into people's heads and get them to take rehabbing their injuries seriously.

Hey Vince....aint that funny how Reikei and Massage can heal someone up right quick but the meds the bastard doctors force us to cram down our throats dont seem to have much effect?
Just something to think about for those who dont like conventional medicine. Massage and other forms of it can help people more than they know

i was sceptical about it until i smashed my hand to bits many years ago ..and a little japanese guy put it right in two days when the doctors said it would take 6 weeks to heal and even then it wouldnt be right ever again
