I looked there when I moved to Seattle, it only listed two places, the park by pikes place market and along the main drag in the U district. I haven't checked the U district(because I don't have a car ) but pikes place market was full of *caugh* people of color selling grass clippings and green confetti, though the website did give mixed reports and some people did warn about that sort of thing in WeBeHigh's article.
