Is it normal to feel like you have no energy when the high is wearing off? I like getting baked before work but I always end up feeling tired and crappy 3 hours later. I don't want to stop my routine because it's the only thing that keeps me sane during the day.

if you dont like the way you fill when you come down all tired and shit then go out on lunch and have another. prob sloved lol

its called getting burnt out, and unless you have a tolerance it'll happen. It still happens to me, so thats wbhy I try not to smoke until later in the day most times

If you're an early smoker, being a coffee drinker as well can help. If I wake and bake, I usually get a cup of coffee about an hour and a half later, by the time I'm coming down, my caffeine is picking up.

That's normal. If I have to, I can force myself to get over it for the rest of the day, or just get a cup of coffee. Most of the time though, I take it as part of the high and pass out and have a great sleep.
