So I went to sleep last night baked out of my mind and generally everything was great. 6 hours later I wake up to 3 kids and a step sister i don't particularly like taking up residence in my home. My step brother in law I guess is what to call him shot and killed a girl last night, because he was drunk and didn't like her boyfriend. They were told to leave and when they were in the process of doing so, he opens fire into the car hitting and killing the girl. This is a prime example of how dangerous alcohol is. This man is a straight up alcoholic, drinks constantly from sun up to sun down. So can anyone out there tell me why is it a substance that has caused more deaths from car accidents to straight up murder can be freely purchased and consumed, and yet a plant that makes a user promote peace and tranquility is still illegal? This makes no sense because the last thing i want to do when im stoned is shoot somebody. When I drink it's a different story, I just dont give a shit. Why can't we all just live in peace, without crackheads and her 3 kids coming to my house???????????

damn...thats a fuct up situation to wake up to, to say the least. I wish I could answer that question man...Alcohol is the grease on Americas gears, meaning I believe the politicans & the powers that be love the $$$ it brings to every single one of their districts(everything from sporting events to bars & country clubs) I truely think they want us to stay " as drunk & DUMB as possible" cannabis promotes an open mind, free thinking & we know that isn't what the gov. wants. I personally cant stand drunks. They're way too sloppy & vulnerable..it f'n disgusts me.

The sad part is man this is exactly what happened with the shooting i witnessed earlier this year. I can't legally own a gun because of my felony.......but a dumbass drunk can?! It makes no sense. Felony or not thats two shootings in a year im not going anywhere without my gun from now on. I know too many dumbasses like this in my family and others.

Yea man I agree with you there its BS. Ive done a ton of done shit when I was younger drinking alcohol but never when I was stoned. I watched a good documentary called The Union, check that out sick documentary. It talks about how marijuana is nothing compared to tobacco and other drugs.

So they also found a large amount of drugs in the house, evidently he was selling again. And yeah i'm in the process of going for a complete pardon to get that right back. Calling a lawyer today to see about a possible expungement. It's getting really bad in my town so either way im going to have my gun with me. If it mean saving my life or someone I care about i'll just have to risk getting another one for possession.

thanks jabber me too. from what i understand though its more of an accident than anything. him and another guy were fighting and the gun went off.....30 times

his son said it was an accident, i cant see using up 2 clips as an accident but ok

So, this is in general gardening and yeah i was baked when i posted this. Can a mod move it please

30 rounds? That's no accident no matter how you slice it. You're absolutely right about alcohol though, it's a dangerous mistress. Well, it's more like a dangerous lurking retard but still. . . Sorry about all that man, no one deserves to have a pile like that land in their lap. I know I couldn't deal with it gracefully.

just for the record anything with a spring mechanism that feeds the bullets is a magazine clips havnt been in use since world war 2 for the most part but yeah that sucks maz and lobbyists are the answer meg

Omg wow that is crazy sure does sound like an effed up morning. So he was just drunk or was he on other drugs? Cause that guy sounds like he had more problems than just being an alcoholic. Then again, I've seen Tequila drive people utterly insane... Anyways rough morning hope it gets better for ya

He was just drunk. He doesnt do other drugs, just sellls weed. Doesnt even smoke. comes from years of being married to a crackwhore, and being fucked over. and years and years of alcohol abuse. he just finally snapped. very sad day for these kids. My mom and step dad are going after custody and if they don't his brother will.
