How do you tell if you have good hash?

tips?
pictures?

if it gets you baked
if you make it yourself
if its made by a well known strain ie bubba kush
if you have bubble bags (if its bubble hash)

Yea, this one is a bit self explanatory. If it looks good, smells good, tastes good and gets you baked, it's probably good.

Edit - I will say, I've had some real ugly buds in my time, that I thought were going to be crap but they knocked my socks off. Not all, just some.

If your referring to people saying "oh this is good hash or bud" well they prob go by the strain but in my experience people like to bullshit and never seem to have a decent strain, always the best. Its effective advertising.

Basically smoke it and label it "good weed" or "bad weed"

when people say looks good tastes good smells good etc they dont mean you need to be a long time smoker they mean that bad weed looks bad like google brick weed and then look at unmegs pics and you will be able to see a difference. brick weed smells nasty good weed smells good, etc not good as in an acquired nose good but it just smells pleasant.

On the other hand, I've had weed that wasn't cured very well (as in, it was my own homegrown, and I fucked it up), and it smelled kinda grassy. By "grassy" I mean it smelled kinda like the grass from your lawn. It wasn't bad smelling, but wasn't good either. However, even though it didn't smell great, it was fantastic stuff. Fortunately I've become much better at curing it, and my stuff smells awesome now. Ironically, some of the best shit I've ever grown, or even smoked for that matter, was a plant I stuck in my back yard, and neglected all summer. All I did was chuck some water at it if it looked droopy. Makes me wonder why we normally put so much effort into indoor shit.

True story. Same thing happened to me, we threw a plant outside for shits and gigs, then tended to it every once in a while. But in the end it was some of the best shit.

That's mother nature for ya.. The best stuff I ever smoked was grown by a friend outside in a field of 10 foot tall stinging nettle.. It was never watered or cared for other than pulling males.. My buddy that got a bunch of it still claims to this day it was the best he ever smoked as well.. That was 15 years ago and we are 40 now..
