ok, so theres some friends of ours that we smoke with all the time, but the way they smoke is wayy dif then how we do, weve always packed a bowl, took a few hits and passed it, but they pack one hit in the bowl, clear it,m pack it again and hand it to the next person. it was kinda wierd, we never seen anyone smoke like that..we told them how we smoked and they looked at me like i was nuts, they said they had neverrrr heard of a bowl being smoked how we do..

It's called an indie-individual hit
it's better to load indies in bongs for two reasons:
a] you get fresh green each hit, which does wonders for your high
b] it's respectful in that making sure no one is smoking bottoms, ie cashed bowls

It's personal bowls. I do that when the herb is really good. That way everyone gets greens of their own and can really milk the chamber without feeling guilty about the next person in line.

I have never heard of that.
I actually went out and bought another bowl for the *express* reason that I didn't want to pack bowls all day.
I just scrape off the top layer and what not into the ash tray and keep going. The bowls in it rarely last long enough to worry about it anyway.

I'm with ya on the difference. I really like the taste too, starting with the green on top and the burn on the bottom, if you can roast it in one go.

Id rather have people pack snappers than pass it around...I NEVER hit a bowl if someone has already lit it....Ill hit a blunt or joint, but not that gross seconds....You get more for your bud by going smaller amounts as it is
