i worked out how much i waste on cigarettes and decided i could do with an extra 30 pound a week. so i stopped that was last week and it is SO EASY.
im actually startin to hate everyone who smokes and says how much they wanna quit but just cnt. yes i have had cravings but its quite easy if you want to quit. just dnt light up.
loads of people told me when i told them i quit that they hate smokin but just cnt give it up.i ENJOYED smoking. how could you even smoke at all if you dnt enjoy it.
anyways thats 30 pound more weed to smoke.

i hope you pull it off but come back in a month and say you still havent had a drag. quitting is pretty damn hard (at least for me).

What really helps is if you ever have a strong craving just take a good toke and you will forget you even wanted one

My Fiancee asked me when I was going to quit because I kept saying "I want to quit but its hard"


So I was joking around and I said "My 28th birthday I guess"


She made me quit that day and 2 years later I'm so glad.




its EASY yes...just don't buy em. I keep telling my friends and they keep saying that its not that easy.....I keep telling them it is....I guess they don't REALLY want to quit.



Have a friend who tried the gum...the patch...the pills...everything he can...and he still smokes.....*shakes head*


He complains he's always broke.....not my problem

so true if yu go out and buy them i doubt ur serious about quittin. although i have just thought about it for a bit and i suppose some people with addictive personalitys and stuff would probably find it harder. but still not impossible if they really wanted to quit.

I stoped years ago & its not that e-z for everyone.people forget that nicotine is one if not the one most addictive substance on the planet.the tobbacco companies have chemicaly alter the plant so it is like hittin crak.
so please dont say it's e-z,i hatethe smell,taste & cost,but i still crave a ciggy all the time & havent bought a pack of smokes in years.
Tobacco spends billions a year to try & keep smokers smokin their product that kills their costomer's.You think big government is the only one that wants to keep herbs illegal??????????????? Same with alcohol companies,,,,,,,,,,,,when theers a product out there in competing with your proffits & dosent kill people, u are gonna invest some money in knocking the good down if u are the bad one.

Getting over the physical withdrawal is easy. It's the psychological part which is hard. Once you quit, now you see everybody else smoking and they look like they're having fun. Plus, what I really miss are the fascinating conversations with strangers sparked from "Hey, you do have a light?"

I recently fell off the wagon of sobriety and I'm not sure if I want to get back on.

ive been trying to quit since march! i finally stopped buying them (saving me $125 a week) but im not free yet. i still have one or two a day that i bum from people, but i feel like im on the very edge of quiting. Wish me luck!

um yea, quitting cigs is hard for me too. It's kinda mean to say that you hate everyone that says that. I'm glad you found it easy to quit, but you shouldn't knock others for trying to do the same and not being as strong as you. Try to support others and make them feel a little better about quitting, it may help you feel better because you're helping others do what you did. If you're so high and mighty u would have never smoked to begin with, so get off your high horse and get back to reality. Good luck growbro, I hope you wish me luck as well.

Ive 4 packs left, an am sick an tired of arguing with myself on whether not I wanna buy another carton... I wanted to quit when I hit 25, is the date I set when starting, but financially it makes sense to do it now.. So.. Yeah

I dont think it will be too hard, I was fine the days after having my wisdom teeth taken out... Would much rather not have a drag than risk a .... Oh what was it.... <Shivers> something to do with the healing being messed up by the sucking motion. Sucking out the clot that was where the tooth used to be, i think.
