yeah my bro just got locked up for tested positive for bud they took him on thursday but yeah its just fucked up and he might go for a year. wtf its marijuana!!! im fucking sick in tired of ppl getting in trouble for fucking bud what the fuck make it legal!!!

i dont get it. so if you take a piss test for a job they can lock you up if you fail? who'd he take the test for? over here if you get caught with weed they will let you go with a court date and im thinkin thats a worse offense then a piss test?? give me details so this wont happen to me lol

well im not exactly sure for everything he has gotten in trouble with. and no it wasnt from a job drug test . it was his probation officer UA him like 2 weeks ago and of course he tested positive cuz he never quit smoking when he should have.. but yeah a few years ago he got into big trouble for breaking a window and went on probation and he has failed a couple tests for marijuana he was already in jail for like 3 months last year. and now they might make him go to prison for a year... were not positive on what is going to happen to him because he is sittin in a jail cell in a little town near by for now until they get a hole of his UA officer because she was out of town for the 4th or sumthin.. but yeah so u prob dont have to worry unless ur on probabation or sumthin...

I don't see any reference as to why he had to take the test in the first place. Did he know it was coming? Was he on probation for something? Is he a commercial airline captain? I hate when they're stoners. Probably not a good career choice for a stoner.

Either way- I agree one billion percent: weed should not be illegal.

I look at it this way:
Man invents and manufactures drugs, cigs and booze.
Pot comes natural and grows wild.

If man wants to regulate what he makes- so be it.
But HOW can you regulate something you don't own?

I know- beating a dead horse. But I had never thought about it that way til this past week. Who the hell put someone in charge of telling me what I can and can't breath in when it grows wild all over the place? Kind of like telling me it's illegal to drink anything but bottled water.

when you go on probation they tell you over and over about up coming drug tests and not to smoke

weed is illegal, and if you wanna break the law you kinda gotta lay low or just stop

when ever a drug test is given by a court issued or authorized order u best be clean.....I agree it should be legal & in my state it is & I am,but I wasnt & got busted.Had to test for 10 1/2 months & every test was clean & I am a everyday smoker.Wanna know how I passed emmmmmmmmm,,, hmmmmmmmmmm,do ya ???????????

Don't mean to sound like an ass, but the simple way to stay out of jail is to NOT toke when you're not supposed to. You get busted for some shit, you get probation, you say "BYE" to Mary Jane until said probation is over.


Weed is awesome and wonderful, but not worth jail time, hell no.

I had this problem at one time. i was on probation for two years, and failed like 3 tests. i ended up having to go to NA meetings for weed? anyway i said fuck that and didnt go. so the month came i was sposed to get off probation the jackass violated me for not going to those meetings. So i ended up serving 2 days in jail, and when i walked out of jail i was officially released from probation. so needless to say i went and smoked a fat one. But seriously....its ur brothers own fault!

i dont understand i never said it wasnt his fault he is a dumbass for not stopping and now he went to jail thats basically all i was saying and it sucks cuz he might go for a long time... if it was me i would stop too cuz like u said its not worth going to jail for but im not on probation so i dont have to worry... but yeah ur right he is stupid he should have stopped.
