by the way i am a major noob at this and my friend hooked me up with my last and only dealer and my friend moved away like a year ago so I can't ask him for help. so how does one recognize a dealer

First find people that smoke pot then you will find a dealer. Heck last time I needed pot I posted a ad in the platonic section of craigslist looking for 420 friendly people to hang out with. Met this guy who would leave pot in my car in the morning on his way to work. Called him the pot fairy.

Or hang out at a head shop or go to a concert...always find the weed when live music is involved.
