No way would I take an entire plant. It’s not about being a liar or a goody goody. It’s about being a respectful human being with standards that you hold yourself to. Do unto others. If I had a crop out side and some well-meaning stoner stumbled across it I would consider a bud or two a gift (just for being a lucky asshole) but anymore than that you’re a thief and don’t deserve to tread the dirt I’m growing in.

I also park my car outside that doesn’t mean it’s ok for someone to steel it.
Chances are if you have to ask yourself if something is right or wrong than 90% of the time it’s going to be the wrong thing to do. The question wouldn’t even enter you mind if it was the right thing to do.
I’m not saying it’s easy to do the right thing all the time. It’s part of being an adult. Putting aside your childish wants and struggling everyday to be a better person than you were the day before.

Wes you make a good point that alot of people seem to miss. Forget the short term of a little free pot by stealing. Look long term. Try to meet the guy and buy. I know if I was growing outside and someone told me they saw my pot and didn't steal it I'd smoke that person out and give a discount. I know that is a person I can trust.
