My electricity bills are increasing day by day. So I want to use lightings for my plants which saves more and more electricity, so that my electricity bill will come down. Do fluorescent lightings saves as much as electricity? Please guide.

they can, it depends on what light(s) you are using right now and how many fluoros/cfls you plan on replacing them with.

you can also take all of your incandescent lightbulbs around the house out and replace those with the (lower/regular wattage) compact fluoros(the small swirlly bulbs).
