Transplanting may help.. also check the ph in your water..some states shits toxic..good luck I dont think ventilation is a problem tho.

I'm going with Dolla on this one too. Transplant those babies.

They look like they have been fed,ph must have got outta range as said above.
Potting soil is enough for the first few weeks, great advice!
What ventilation do you have?
Have you got bigger lamps for when they get bigger?

I agree too ... My guess would be either underwatering, or lockout from over feeding (ferts.) ... Maybe me eyes are playing tricks on me .... but in the one picture it almost looks like you can see the salt build up from over feeding. When you repot make sure to flush with water too
I could very well be wrong ... but I THINK I am on the right path with that. Only because I am just gettin started myself and far from "Mr. Knowitall", I'd double check with others ... I don't wanna send ya the wrong direction.

Flushing with new medium?
Wont that just help flatpan the soil, and wash all premixed nutrients out?
No need to flush fresh soil.

Looks like nute burn to me, transplanting is gonna stress them even more so be gentle. Low lights for a couple of days with only plain water in your new soil, should come back around.
best of luck,
jj
