Stoner Buck$$: 352.40 | CO...State of the State: Benefit for Sensible Colorado. Sorry for the short notice, but, I hope all that can attend and help do!!! Quote: STATE OF THE STATE: A benefit for Sensible Colorado What: This free fundraising event features four attorneys discussing the "State of the State" surrounding Colorado's medical marijuana laws. Learn about SensiCo's recent victories and enjoy free pizza! Donations appreciated. When: Thursday, March 13 from 6pm-8pm Where: Quixote's, 2637 Welton St., Denver 80205, 303-297-1772 | Quote: I also wanted to let you know about the below "sponsorship" opportunities for the upcoming fundraiser in case you are interested.
Please mark the below "State of the State" fundraiser on your calendar. Note that admission is free, however Sensible Colorado is offering two different levels of sponsorship for this event:
"Gold Sponsor" This includes the placement of a logo (including contact information) and top-billing in the brochure which will be handed out to all patients and attendees at the event. Gold Sponsorship requires a donation of $500.
"Supporter" This includes the placement of contact information (website, etc) in the brochure which will be handed out at the event. Supporter level requires a $100 donation.
All Sponsors and Supporters will also be verbally acknowledged at the event. Please let me know if your organization wants to serve as a Sponsor or Supporter at this event by Wednesday, March 12th and, if yes, what information on your group you would like us to include on the brochure. Note that all donations are tax-deductible, as we are a federally recognized 501 c(3) non-profit. Look forward to seeing you at the "State of the State"!

I hope no one minds if I bump this....I don't normally bump my own threads but this is an exception imo seeing how it is just one day away. And I'd love to see a strong turn out. They're an effective group doing really good things. Bump

Softline retail merchants work on a 400% plus markup. If your a merchant, your a merchant...if your charity you seek, go to church of your choice.
Cali had the same problem with profit and greedy merchants.....today there is more understanding. My guess is that with all the planting in Cali and CO, and not federal funds to do aerial flights, prices will drop from the sky.
Indoor will always be a premium but outdoors will be like canadian prices...about time..

You seem to be in contact with TimT. If not, his email and phone number is widely available. Yet you come into this thread to make that comment?
Tell him yourself.
I question your motivation but lets not do it in this thread, eh!
Take care, DrGreen,

Stoner Buck$$: 352.40 | Re: CO...State of the State: Benefit for Sensible Colorado. I was not able to attend due to previously scheduled activities, but, I did get the first report of the event.
It was a rousing success!!!
Around 100 in attendance...and the person said "ALL THE CAREGIVERS", which I'm sure can't be taken literally (? ), but it sounds like a great turnout.
The legal presentation is going to be repeated on Denver Public Access Television....when it is available I will link to it.
...I hope you all had a great time and thank for your effort.
Take very good care everyone,

it really was a great turnout. 4 different lawyers, all speaking and then sitting and taking questions, mr mason tvert from safer was in the house and spoke some words.
a lot of the familiar faces in the colorado activist scene, and a lot of new ones. it is nice to see so many people out supporting sensible colorado and the efforts of the top team of lawyers associated with them.
