We need some help here. It scares me that no one is willing to take a few minutes to post a friggen reply. If people are too lazy to do that, who knows what else people won't do?
the point of this thread is to raise awareness about people's efforts to get ganj legalized. In order to do that, people need to get off their asses and help out the best they can, even if it's somthing small. If we have a peaceful protest, it's not like anybody is going to get hurt. And the more people there are, the less chance there will be to get harassed individually by the police.
People need to quit being afraid and stand up for what they want. People aren't going to quit picking on you if you don't assert yourself, and the US isn't gonna quit picking on maryjane if her users don't assert themselves as a whole.

Legendary of course. But not enough ppl with enough passion to put themselves out there in front. Martin Luther King paid a hell of a price for his courage. And I am not just talking about his assassination only. J Edgar Hoover made his life miserable.....that simpering old man who ran the FBI!
BET had a documentary on Hoover that showed how Hoover did this. American Gangster is the name of the show. And Hoover was depicted as a gangster. Which he was. But he persecuted King. Crusaders are rare these days...
But if ALL TOKERS were to show up in front of the White House it would get attention. Not just a few thousand stragglers....ALL TOKERS who can possibly get there....BUT I have always been a dreamer. And I am not the only one....LOL

Maybe if everyone just saved a few little seeds from their sack, then if there was ever a huge march in front of the white house, all our fellow stoners planted them...or something.
I really think we should find a good way to raise awareness. We could do it if we just tried. Sadly, people don't have the spirit now a days. I can't think of a way that would be effective. Somebody help!!

That fiasco in New Jersey recently over the pot plant being in the city flower pots made me think about saving my seeds and as I motivate about the city drop weed seeds into plants in front of city hall...DEA...PO PO stations and all about town. My city is very verdent and anything will grow here and great place to grow weed anyway. I am going to become "Janie Weed Seed" and do like Johnny Appleseed and plant weed seeds as a silent protest. I am really serious about it and am stashing my seeds currently. Of course I will be discreet about it.
SPIRIT is certainly the right word dear man...But that was my point...we need the spirit and passion that drove the Civil and Feminist Rights Movements of the 60's that DID BRING ABOUT CHANGE!
We need a great NEW leader like we had Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and Gloria Stienam(sp)
Courageous leaders as the older leaders are passing on the battle to the young stoners who need to ORGANIZE and PROTEST these stupid laws. Just telling you how my generation got their point across.....and changed some laws for a better America.
Blacks and women are certainly better off these days IMHO. Now the Free The Weed Movement needs to ramp up!

We Canuks up in the land of the North snows have annual "Freedom Rallies" where in every major metropolitan locality tens of thousands attend peacefully every spring.

I personally dropped several White Widow beans into our Ontario Parliament building front gardens on the South side of Queen's Park in Toronto.

Most of the commentary coming from the media is clear enough to point out no incidents of violence occur during these events.
