So I am planning on joining the military, was a pretty heavy user, quit for 3 weeks, but just smoked again the other day...

So I want to be completely clean not just a drink that will mask my pee or fake urine cause I don't want them to catch it.

So do those 7 day detox kits or 3 day detox kits actually work? I'm 6'0, 185 lbs.

Suggestions on which detox kits work well? Is there a website where they review such kits?

Well I have looked up ways to dillute my urine but I would rather just spend the money and buy a detox kit if they will actually clear my system along with excerise, excess water, cranberry juice, etc.

its really hard to say without prior experience, some work some dont and it depends on the person. how much you toke how long you quit for stuff like that. i think most detox drinks are just a mask, but some of the kits offer 7 day cleaning regiment with a healthier diet plan and a exercise regiment. all those things you will need to do anyway in order to get clean and drink a lot of water. honestly if you got a good dillution guide that could be your best friend.
