I joined this forum to ask you all a question. I am going to MEPS to sign up for the Army next week and I have been a daily smoker for about 2 years now. My recruiter told me he is shooting for next Monday or Tuesday so I just quit last night. What should I do? I'm kinda short on money- I can spare about $20 for detox, cranberries, etc

Lots of water and cranberry juice. Actualy cranberry juice not cranberry cocktail or anything else like that. Some excerising to make you sweat, possibly a suana if you have a local gym with one.

I agree. Drink plenty of water and juice and sweat as much as possible. If you are a fit person you sweat yourself clean in a week or less.

Well, I'm at 17% body fat and I only have 3 days til I get tested twice. I'm going on a pretty long bike ride in a minute- I guess I'll throw on a sweater or two and see what happens.

But still, can I see a show a hands on everyone who thinks I'm fucked?

i doubt you will pass in only a week if you have been a daily user for 2 years.

your best bet is to dillute the shit out of it and then take a bunch of b-vitamin complex

i think you should be okay if you put in the time. my friend has been a near daily smoker for longer than you and he did it in 4days. the more water/cranberry juice u drink and the more you exercise, the better off you'll be. use it as motivation.
