Then the Web's favourite Cannabis Commentator smuggles himself across the border into the home of Hempfest, the glittering metropolis of Seattle, where listener and Dopestock veteran Cannaya compares the US and Canadian approaches to Cannabis, the state laws in Washington governing Medical Marijuana, then smoke a well-earned joint on the shoulder of an enormous troll!
