This week the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast comes live from The Big Chill 2007 in the idyllic surroundings of Great Eastnor Deer Park where the Dopefiend and entheo-pundit Max Freakout absorb the chilled atmosphere and incredible weather while enjoying the festival's numerous musical offerings. First, the pair settle in a buddhist zen garden to discuss the festival scene in the UK and how this year's festivals have measured up, what's different about The Big Chill and why it suits the Dopefiend.co.uk ethos and the security and anti-drug measures (or lack of them). Then we break for a phenomenal 20-minute set from this year's headliner and Big Chill regular Mr. Scruff, followed by the second of our "Seed of the Month Club" features with seed maestro The Seedsman, who casts his beady eye over Original Skunk #1, then it's back to the Herefordshire countryside for a morning chat on the hillside overlooking the festival site about the availablility of Nitrous Oxide, the "balloon bar" phenomenon, and how best to achieve its full effect, as well as a talk on some of its dangers . Finally, it's back to the Dope Den for the Cannabis News, featuring Ron Paul's promising words on medical marijuana, the growers and dealers who are offering Arnold Schwarzenegger a billion dollars in return for full-scale medical marijuana regulation in California and the dog who stumbled upon a suburban skunk factory and chowed down.
