Next the pair talk about the coffeeshop scene in the Netherlands, how the border towns are having their coffeeshops shut down under pressure from France, Belgium and Germany, resulting in an increase in street dealing, how the closure of a number of Rotterdam coffeeshops for proximity to schools doesn't appear to have materialized, and whether the cannabis scene in the Netherlands will ever be stamped out by its opponents.
