Clones 101?

So who is going to give the run down on Clones?

I am hoping for 90% on a regular basis with all the right tools. Is this reasonable? And how big does the branch need to be before cutting, etc...???

There is an FAQ in the grow section over at Cannabis.com called cloning 101. It's good information with picutres so take a look at it. It's in the grow section faq not the faq from the title bar. It answers your questions, and One of my early shows on on cloning so check that out too.

90% success rate is very much possible. You must have a plant that is at least a month old...better if 6-8 weeks,

you can top plant at a month old in veg, and clone the tops. once you do this. wait a week and flower all plants, except the clones.

In 2nd - 3rd week of flower you can identify the sex of the plants...Kill the Males*; Both "plants" and "clones"...take cuttings from the confirmed females. Goodluck, later

*Perhaps you might want to "Isolate" a Male and a Female at this point. For seed
Note: I wouldn't do this unless I had Time, Space, & A "confirmed" AAA strain.
