horizontal growing?

I've been reading about horizontal growing and plant shaping.

Whats the best age to start?

Does anyone know any good techniques or suggestions?

all ya do is start training them by tying them down as soon as they're long enough to bend without breaking. i usually begin at about the 3' level outdoors, 18'' indoors...or thereabouts. there's no science to it...ya just do whatever fits the grow.

JUST TAKE BUTCHERS STRING AND PULL TOPS OVER TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS. I do it buds so lite get past the top and down to the lower leafs
