Id say that was uncalled for.

But also to the person above him. Its not just SF or our partners. Other Marijuana related reform, or entertainment getup's are having their money seized and accounts shut down by pay-pal, because the people in charge at PP are saying illegal activity COULD be playing a part.

ie. MOM=mail order marijuana schemes. they say they cant prove the money is a legal transfer basically.

Ok, a legal service like paypal, with LEGAL donations....Id say, Legal enough for me and my company... But not for PP.

Sad scared little company.

yeah, he is a bit heavy with the words but his message is true (kinda sounds like something will sampson would say...lol...he's the indian from "one flew over the coocoo's nest" and "poltergeist II")...but it is just common sense. like i said earlier, i use paypal for sending and receiving cash and often times it seems to be in the 300-350 range. i write in the text box it's for a craigslist sale and in parenthethis, (oven) or something similar that fits in with the total amount...ya know? i never keep more than 50 bucks in the paypal account. why would ya? it's so easy to have paypal just hit up my bank account...which i also keep a separate account just for net purchases. iow, 2 accounts at same bank so it's easy to transfer back and forth w/o any bank fees.

sew...keep a small amount, if any in your paypal account; transfer funds ASAP into a "working account" at your local bank; then transfer into your main account, if necessary. my bank (actually it's a credit union) totally understands the reason for the "working account", especially once i mentioned the ebay biz i operate...and you never have to fund paypal...just get set up for auto-withdrawls from the working account (just make sure to remember to transfer funds into when when buying...lol)

i use a seedbank that takes paypal+ other forms of paymant and i'v never had any trouble from them.
but like the guy says, dont leave much money in your paypal account, come on it is illegal in the US, you guys need to be more careful how your paying for illegal products, using a paypal account with lots of money in is just asking for it. Try to send cash or use a payment that cant be traced back to you, or like the site i use they sell organic food seeds too so no one knows if i'm buying canna seeds or food seeds
just try to stay safe people

Paypal may also draw funds from your linked bank account to them if you are reserve funded . I had a buyer receive broken goods, they were insured and the post office admitted to breaking the item, claim was in process.

In the interim, the buyer made a claim on Paypal. Paypal drew the funds out of my bank account, forcing me into overdraft and causing three checks to bounce.

Calls to them did not resolve the situation, they stood behind the buyer and said I would have to wait for the insurance to recoup the loss.

I now leave that bank account with minimal funds and leave nothing in Paypal. When and if I use Paypal for receiving funds, I use their debit card and withdraw cash from the ATM.

For canna related purchases I use a Walmart debit card .... paid for with cash and leaves no trail leading to me.
